- Yes! We guarantee your privacy. We never sell (or give away) your name, address or email
address or other personal information we receive from you. From time to
time we may send mail or email to our customers to alert them of new
products or issues involving the products we've sold.

- Please visit
www.amjo.net for our full Return Policy. Most items sold by
Amjo are covered by the maker's warranty. Generally items can be
returned to Amjo Corp within 30 Days of our ship date. A restocking fee
of 15% will be applied to cover the cost of testing, and re-boxing for
resale.
No return will be accepted for refund or credit unless it is in a 'like new
condition' and is packed in its original packaging. Freight and handling
charges will not be reimbursed. Please call AMJO at 513-942-2770
or contact us to arrange return. Unauthorized
Returns will be rejected.
When you call we will issue an RMA number to you that you will need to mark clearly on the outside of the box you are returning. No return will be accepted after 30 days of the date an RMA is issued.
We recommend that you return the product with a traceable carrier and insure for loss or damage. Remember it is your responsibility to get the product back safely.
Smokers Take Note: Today many people will not tolerate the
smell of smoke or even traces of the smell of smoke on any item.
Smokers who return products must be aware that if we detect the
smell of smoke on an item making it not re-sellable then no credit
or refund
can be issued.
- Our on-line ordering system is as secure as we know how to make
it! You'll notice on the screens where you provide personal and
credit card information that it is an "https" not
"http" page. The "s" indicates secure. You
should also notice a small lock symbol at the bottom of the page on
your status bar indicating a security lock! See "Privacy
